Meet Janelle!

Janelle always knew that she wanted to be able to take care of people, not only in a way that made them feel more confident but also by providing a space where they would be rejuvenated, recharged, and take a little piece of joy with them as they leave.
In 2018, Brows of Joy was founded to accomplish this dream. At first, Janelle worked privately for 2 years in a rented treatment room, but since then, business has boomed. In January 2020, Janelle opened the storefront, and we’re sure you can guess how scary that was given what came next … After only being open for 2 months, we had to close our doors for nearly 3 months due to COVID-19.
Despite the hardships and setbacks of being closed, we were so humbled to see the support and love from our clients and customers. Our team started to grow, and we quickly snapped back.
Brows of Joy has become so much bigger than just being a trusted place to have your brows done. Our BOJ team is like a second family, and combined with good service, having a space that feels like a second home where we can provide the best spa experience is truly what Janelle is passionate about.
