Return Policy

• Unopened/unused items may be returned to original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.
• All shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• If you have taken advantage of free shipping and need to return/exchange, you are responsible for shipping costs on the return.
• Items on sale/blowout/clearance are a FINAL SALE.

Shipping Policy

• All items are shipped by Canada Post in Surrey, BC.
• Order will be shipped within 5 business days of order.
• We cannot guarantee delivery date so please order with ample time, especially during the holiday season.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once they have been paid.

Booking Appointments

• We require you to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Should you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. This is non-refundable.

Cancellation/No Show

• For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours we charge 50% of the service total.
• No shows for appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
• If you neglect to follow your pre-appointment instructions and you are not able to receive the service, you will need to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the service.

Late Arrival

• If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
• Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a 50% cancellation fee and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Promotional Policies

• Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or discounts
• Gift cards cannot be used towards promotional purchases

• Cash, Debit and all major credit cards are accepted (Visa / MC / Amex).
• Prices are subject to change at any time.
• Gift cards available on our website. Gift cards cannot be used for online shopping.
